Scope and geography
This policy covers consumer purchases of food supplements from Plozarinxitia, Eerikinkatu 4, 20100 Turku, Finland. It applies to distance sales inside the European Union and European Economic Area unless a written B2B contract sets different terms. Consumers resident in those countries may also rely on mandatory protections that apply in their home state together with this document.
Withdrawal window
For distance contracts you may withdraw within fourteen calendar days of receiving the goods by notifying us through the footer email text addresses. You must return goods without undue delay and within fourteen days from your notice.
Hygiene and sealed goods
Food supplements belong to goods that can deteriorate quickly or require sealed packaging. If the safety seal is broken, we may refuse a refund except where the product was already faulty when it arrived.

Costs
Standard returns use customer-paid postage unless we shipped the wrong item or the goods are defective. Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the entire order qualifies and law requires.
Carrier damage
Report outer damage to the courier immediately and send us pictures within forty-eight hours so we can open a logistics claim.
